Michael Sitton

CEO/President

Michael is the current leader in this multi-generational family business and has served as the CEO/President since 1995. Has been in the flooring industry for over 40 years and has grown the business to four locations built on strong relationships with customers and employees. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for Floor Expo and is considered a leader by his peers in flooring knowledge.

Gene Augustine

CFO/Vice President

Gene has been with Sitton since 2003. He has over 26 years experience with multifamily work including a background as a general contractor. He oversees Sitton’s financial groups as well as leading the rehab contract sales group. Additionally, he is currently serving on the Advisory Board for FloorExpo.

Chad Hubbell

San Diego Branch Manager

Chad started with Sitton in 2002 as a rehab coordinator and then warehouse manager. Now, after years of increased responsibility, Chad oversees Sitton’s San Diego location. He is driven, family focused, and brings that attitude to everything he does.

Brad Jasper

San Francisco Branch Manager

Brad has been with Sitton since 2013. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the multifamily and residential flooring industry. Brad is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and operating the Bay Area location.

Matthew Sitton

Operations Manager

Matthew graduated from Chapman University in 2013 and has been with Sitton since 2015. He brings his passion for people and experience from other fields to his work at Sitton. He oversees the company’s operations, technology, and human resources.
